All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Rs. 250

• Free Shipping may be offered on selected promotions or specific order values.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across most locations in Pakistan. Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid order cancellation.
